Rules of the Challenge
Complete these 6 tasks every day for a minimum of 60 days. Sundays are yours—spend them with family.
40 min workout + 40 min outdoor. One gets your heart pumping, one gets you outside. Rain or shine.
(Day + 10) pushups + core work + 5 min stretch/yoga. Day 1 = 11 each. Day 60 = 70 each. Break them up however you want—counts toward your workout 40.
No junk food, no alcohol, 3L water minimum. Clean fuel in, sharp results out.
10 pages non-fiction + write one thing you learned. Feed your mind daily.
10 min learning something new. Language, coding, instrument—your pick. Small investments compound.
Phone on charger at 8 PM. Reclaim your evenings for what matters.
The Rule: Complete all 6 daily. Miss max 2 days in 60. Miss a third? You're out. Keep going after 60—we're tracking who stays sharpest longest.
Every Sunday, skip any tasks you want—one, several, or all of them. Spend that time with the people who matter most.
"What can I do for you today?"
Ask your kids. Your partner. Your parents. Yourself. This challenge builds better humans, not broken ones.
